Amy Nossovskoi, MFIN, CFA, ACCA founded Venture Finance Co and leads every engagement. Nearly a decade in accounting: trained at EY, PwC and KPMG auditing banks, insurers, funds and real estate portfolios, then in‑house running finance for a multi‑billion‑dollar private investment group.

Behind her, a small hand-picked team carries the day-to-day work of bookkeeping, reconciliations and close prep, while Amy owns the review and everything that reaches your board.

Deeply technical. Amy rebuilds the reporting and analytics layer around your books: ERP migrations and SAP environments, Power BI dashboards, and both classical and modern AI systems put to work automating reconciliations, surfacing anomalies and shortening the close. She completed MIT's Applied AI and Data Science program.
